wushenghuaandClaude Opus 4.7 a0651d6e3e fix: move projAgents/termContent declarations before use 
The session status bar code was referencing projAgents and termContent
before their const declarations, causing a ReferenceError (TDZ).
Moved the declarations to the top of the section.
