## Objective
Repair exactly the undeclared battle-result vocabulary exposed by Systems R2.
Preserve the existing rule that there is no accuracy/evasion stat and no hidden
random miss chance. Define deterministic, journaled terminal outcomes for an
action that applies, becomes target-invalid because of declared movement/reach/
untargetable/death rules, is resisted/immune, or is intercepted/blocked. Extend
the skill schema and fixed fixtures so dependent content can bind to those
outcomes without inventing probability mechanics.
## Scope And Route
- Needs: `v2_systems_review` FAIL on fixed `7054fe6`
- Consumes: the FAIL report, `SYSTEMS_AND_BATTLE.md`, and current cross-domain
miss/dodge/evasion references as read-only dependency inventory
- Produces: one authoritative deterministic action-outcome contract and exact
handoff vocabulary for content/art/audio sync
- Writes: only `docs/product/SYSTEMS_AND_BATTLE.md`
- PASS -> content/art/audio outcome sync; FAIL -> failed; max attempt 1
## Required Acceptance
- Keep “no random damage variance or hidden miss chance” true.
- Define every outcome's precondition, ordering point, journal fields,
retarget/refund/proc behavior and player-visible causal label.
- Distinguish forecast mismatch from action resolution.
- Provide at least: target moves but remains legal, target becomes reach-illegal,
target becomes untargetable, target falls before resolution, interception,
immunity, resistance, area action with mixed target outcomes and duplicate
trigger suppression.
- Update skill-row schema so triggers name declared outcome IDs.
- Search all product authority for undeclared accuracy/evasion/miss mechanics.
- Run validator self-test/full/JSON and focused vocabulary assertions.
- Commit only the owned file and leave the worktree clean.
