+Repair the rejected bd505d6 Foundation so each successful public FirstSessionService command increments revision exactly once and every rejected command preserves both snapshot and revision. Add a focused pure-domain regression covering open_new_session plus all public command success/rejection paths. Preserve frozen Guild IDs, compatibility behavior, accepted values/timing/pixels, all existing tests and the extracted ownership model. Produce one new clean/upstream candidate and fresh evidence; do not implement downstream P9.1 gameplay.
