## Fixed Failure Evidence
On integrated `b65646c`, self-test returned `cases=20`, while full and JSON
reported exactly three false negatives: provisional selection presentation,
party direction, and recruit-art crosswalk. Anti-dominance self-test and the
five-seed canonical replay passed and are outside this repair.
