Phase 9 Godot Vertical Slice Ledger

Append-only record. Automated, agent, Owner, device and release evidence remain separate.

Date Revision/run Result Evidence and boundary
2026-08-12 Phase 8 closure 8583abb P9_AUTHORIZED_P9_1_ACTIVE Owner accepted P8.5 and authorized the next development stage. P9.1 owns only the real Godot opening Company and first Market. P9.2 battle, P9.3 result/recovery/save, P9.4 device delivery, final media and release remain frozen.
2026-08-12 fixed source e7eb408; p9-1-e7eb408-attempt01 P9_1_RUNTIME_CANDIDATE_READY Fresh isolated Git archive passes domain cases=40, parsed ScreenTouch touch=25 fallback=0 direct=0, layout fixtures=18, six-state normal rendering at exact 1280x720, 844x390 and 390x844, and existing design/economy/loadout/provenance regressions. The 28-row ignored evidence inventory SHA-256 is 7ff16f1a231e6c76dba0ec0545ea112f0afcc87f611b2ceb7ea953bbe7d22384; strict diagnostics are clean and no owned Godot process remains. 844x390 and 390x844 captures are domain-fixture render evidence with no touch claim. Automated/runtime and agent visual gates pass; Owner understanding, choice, fun, visual/listening, device and release remain open. P9.2 stays frozen.
2026-08-12 Owner sequencing clarification after P9.1 candidate P9_1_PRESERVED_P9_0_ACTIVE Owner rejected the broad delivery rhythm, not the preserved source, and required real UI/code to proceed page by page from launch. P9.1 is not Owner-accepted. P9.0 now owns only Boot verification and the no-run Title; Start New Game may hand off to the existing Contract page. P9.1 review and P9.2 remain frozen.
2026-08-12 fixed source f881920; p9-0-f881920-attempt01 P9_0_BOOT_TITLE_CANDIDATE_READY Fresh isolated Git archive passes the ordered nine-resource Boot and visible verified terminal, no-run Title, parsed ScreenTouch touch=5 fallback=0 direct=0, initial keyboard/controller focus, layout fixtures=6, six normal-render Boot/Title frames at exact 1280x720, 844x390 and 390x844, affected P9.1 regressions and current design/economy/loadout/provenance gates. Strict diagnostics are zero. The 27-row evidence content inventory verifies 27/27 with SHA-256 3c34f1742357d0cc57e8c4c59124133b8fb92de0a2dec01a90b2bbcf4ffb8318. Automated/runtime and agent visual gates pass; Owner understanding, visual acceptance, fun, listening, device and release remain open. Later pages remain frozen.
2026-08-12 Owner Web preview request P9_0_WEB_PREVIEW_AUTHORIZED Owner requested a dedicated remote H5 page for phone review. Only a non-threaded Godot Web export, browser verification and private Artifact Gallery deployment of fixed P9.0 content are authorized. Product behavior, later pages, native packages, stores and release remain frozen.
2026-08-12 Web source f0aa847; Gallery item PRji-yhJo0nQ; p9-0-web-f0aa847-attempt01 P9_0_REMOTE_WEB_READY Private signed item redirects to the full-screen runtime entry with an artifact-scoped HttpOnly cookie. Remote HTML/JS/WASM/PCK response types and executable CSP pass; unauthorized entry remains gated. Chrome phone-viewport verification reaches the Chinese Title and Contract by real canvas input, portrait shows the rotate overlay, and browser warnings/errors are zero. Final evidence inventory verifies 34/34 with SHA-256 cb3111f86012d313c85d1eebed6574b8b5936531bf30821421f89f1442aeb945; the signed token is not recorded in Git. Owner phone comprehension, fun, listening, physical device, packaging, store and release remain open.
2026-08-12 Owner remote H5 playtest of f0aa847 P9_0_OWNER_REJECTED_REDESIGN_REQUIRED Earliest product failure is the first post-Title action: the runtime reads as a configuration form rather than a game. There is no visible in-game restart/home path; Contract, First Market, provisional two-of-four selection, two later forced hires, equipment/order revision and the stopping point are not understandable without coaching. Engineering labels and receipt language are exposed as if they were chapter content. The current H5 is retained only as a problem reference. P9.0/P9.1 are not Owner-accepted; P9.2, content expansion, packaging and release remain frozen. A successor must compare structural onboarding options and reach a short encounter before advanced preparation systems.
2026-08-12 Owner authorization for opening redesign P9_0R1_GAME_OPENING_ACTIVE Owner authorized a full first-play and UI redesign. The active slice is Title -> scene-based two-position Company choice -> deterministic short battle -> explicit first-expedition victory, with always-visible Home/Restart. Contract, difficulty, paid Market hire, equipment/order configuration, persistence, chapters, later combat, packaging and release remain frozen. Existing accepted Japanese hand-painted environment, character, Riftblade and VFX assets are reused before any new generation.
2026-08-12 fixed source a534af9; p9-0r1-a534af9-attempt02; Gallery xOSqgKWpzqQt P9_0R1_GAME_OPENING_CANDIDATE_READY Fresh isolated archive passes domain routes=2, parsed ScreenTouch touch=15 fallback=0 direct=0, 13 layout fixtures, 18 normal-render frames across 1280x720 zh_CN, 844x390 zh_CN 130% and 390x844 English, and a 584-frame/19.47-second normal-render dynamic battle with advance, front response, rear action, enemy defeat and one victory. Complete design, five-seed anti-dominance, one-slot/individual-level, 96-asset provenance and four identity-anchor regressions pass; strict markers are zero. The 50-row evidence inventory SHA-256 is 8dd3b7ece692dfcb7c37b5a51996dcfffc937014c59c97fda4a0f3e6b131d453 and verifies 50/50. Attempt 01 remains INVALID_CONTROLLING_SESSION; Web export attempt 01 remains INVALID_EXPORT_ENVIRONMENT; neither was reused. Local Web export manifest SHA-256 is d9f688a4e8a927b15f794026c1c7fb13930f9b98e1e742ba433f6d2c30899636; remote HTML/JS/WASM/PCK MIME/auth delivery is verified. Automated remote browser control is INVALID_PLUGIN_TIMEOUT, so no remote canvas interaction claim is made. Agent visual review passes; Owner phone understanding, visual acceptance, fun, listening, physical device, packaging, store and release remain open.
2026-08-12 Owner play review of Gallery xOSqgKWpzqQt; baseline db75a17 P9_0R1_OWNER_REJECTED_P9_0R2_ACTIVE Owner rejected the battle motion because actors were static images moved or bobbed as whole planes. This supersedes the prior supporting agent animation review. P9.0R2 owns authored body/limb frame sequences for both front choices, both rear choices and Riftblade, plus impact-frame event binding and a new H5. Accepted opening UI and flow are preserved; systems, content expansion, persistence, packaging and release remain frozen.
2026-08-12 fixed source 6c72e24; p9-0r2-6c72e24-attempt01 INVALID_MOVIE_OUTPUT_PATH All focused product gates and three-size captures ran, but both MovieWriter destinations were unresolved relative paths and emitted ERR_CANT_OPEN/ERR_UNCONFIGURED; no usable recording was produced. The attempt is append-only, contributes no recording judgment and was not reused. Its captures were preserved byte-identically under the declared attempt root after correcting their mistaken nested output location.
2026-08-12 fixed source 6c72e24; p9-0r2-6c72e24-attempt02 P9_0R2_CHARACTER_ANIMATION_CANDIDATE_PASS Clean/upstream source passes animation assets files=92 states=20 calls=4 cost_usd=0.056, character timing actors=5 states=20 impact_once=true death_hold=true reduced_motion=true, both front/rear routes, parsed touch touch=15 fallback=0 direct=0, 13 layout fixtures, three normal-render viewport profiles and current design/loadout/provenance regressions. Two 1280x720 H.264 recordings each run 19.466667 seconds: Hearthguard/Farstring reports front_frames=24 rear_frames=8 enemy_frames=32; Wayrunner/Kindhand reports front_frames=8 rear_frames=8 enemy_frames=38. Strict diagnostics are zero. The pre-Web 44-row inventory verifies 44/44, SHA-256 e92e2f7e1897cb8723f886cb463f878455ddc24a294000328170e17c8edd1e1a. A later Web export log in this root packaged mistakenly nested attempt-01 captures and is classified separately as INVALID_EXPORT_INPUT_CONTAMINATION; it does not change the earlier product/runtime evidence judgment.
2026-08-12 source 6c72e24; Web attempts 03/04; Gallery pPeYCfGUlBjV P9_0R2_REMOTE_WEB_READY Isolated Git-archive Web attempt 03 excluded evidence but Godot still exposed tracked runtime/tests in the PCK, so it is INVALID_EXPORT_SCOPE and was not published. Fresh attempt 04 used the same immutable archive with a runtime-only projection that omitted runtime/tests. Godot PCK queries prove tests/evidence absent and representative Hearthguard attack, Wayrunner counter, Farstring release, Kindhand heal and Riftblade death frames present. Local HTML/JS/WASM/PCK MIME checks, local canvas Title-to-battle interaction and remote signed Title rendering pass with browser diagnostics zero. The clean bundle is runtime/build/web-preview/6c72e24-r2/; its nine-file manifest SHA-256 is 04f655e9ba23e11c21fb1f4d1c7873459d003f0db07964106bc2e93bb3c46483. Gallery item pPeYCfGUlBjV is new and does not overwrite rejected xOSqgKWpzqQt; no share token is stored. Human phone visual/comprehension/fun, device, packaging, store and release remain open.
2026-08-12 Owner review of P9.0R2 battle P9_0R2_DIRECTION_ACCEPTED_P9_0R3_ACTIVE Owner reports the battle is broadly correct but still holds static poses too long and lacks animated damage/heal text. P9.0R3 owns only per-phase presentation cadence, exactly-once number pops, bounded target impact feedback and existing VFX timing. HP results, roles, victory, animation assets, opening flow, systems, content, device and release remain frozen.
2026-08-12 source a2e748e; p9-0r3-a2e748e-attempt01 INVALID_RECORDING_TEARDOWN_HOLD Focused checks, captures and battle interactions passed, but both MovieWriter runs recorded roughly seven seconds of gray teardown after the game node was freed. The attempt contributes no candidate judgment and was not reused.
2026-08-12 source ba1cc9e; p9-0r3-ba1cc9e-attempt02 INVALID_FORCED_AUDIO_EXIT Product, capture and corrected visible-hold recordings passed, but an additional default-audio smoke used forced --quit-after and emitted an ObjectDB cleanup warning. The attempt contributes no candidate judgment and was not reused.
2026-08-12 source 425fae8; p9-0r3-425fae8-attempt03 INVALID_WEB_EXPORT_TEMPLATE_HOME Product, capture, recordings and normal audio-lifecycle test passed, but isolated Web export stopped before packaging because its HOME did not expose the installed Godot 4.6.1 templates. This was an export-environment failure, not a product failure, and the attempt was not reused.
2026-08-12 fixed source 425fae8; p9-0r3-425fae8-attempt04; Gallery _N8bdzMkdn1c P9_0R3_BATTLE_FEEDBACK_CANDIDATE_READY Fresh isolated archive passes feedback duration=7.25 values=-18,-12,-36,+12,-30,-34 once=true, default audio lifecycle, P9.0R2 animation and P9.0R1 domain/touch/layout regressions. Eighteen normal-render frames cover three landscape viewport/locale/text profiles. Two 1280x720, 30 fps H.264 recordings run 15.233333 seconds with battle victory at 7.33 seconds, all four route payloads, visible victory holds and no teardown gray. Strict diagnostics are zero. The 65-row inventory SHA-256 is d1040cec77d3cc63e8322c63d2df5dcc6ee88c35ab04329d52f6687c5529720a. Runtime-only PCK excludes tests/evidence, and the nine-file Web manifest SHA-256 is d48922ed4892e15057284275e237d6ef35dd77201a2c67efd170e870c98225bb. Local Chrome reaches Title -> Yard -> battle -> victory, portrait rotate guidance and browser diagnostics zero; remote HTML/JS/WASM/PCK identity, MIME and bytes pass. Human phone feel/readability, fun, listening, device, packaging, store and release remain open.
2026-08-13 Owner play review of Gallery _N8bdzMkdn1c P9_0R3_OWNER_ACCEPTED Owner reports that this version is acceptable and authorizes continued development. The accepted P9.0R3 battle cadence, character motion and event-bound damage/heal feedback become the frozen human_reviewed direction. Listening, broader fun/continuation, physical device, packaging, store and release remain open. The next slice must start from the first victory and prove one readable adaptation before a strategically different second battle; it may not reopen accepted battle values or presentation.
