wushenghua 43827b1228 test(m57-d): capture static-only and dynamic-only readiness views ...

The gate contract requires static-only, dynamic-only on a neutral field and
final composite at every fixture and locale; the probe only produced the final
composite. The two extra modes are applied by the probe itself, so no
test-only switch is added to product code.
