P9.5 H5 Cache Acceleration Contract

Required Behavior

For immutable files below a Gallery runtime-html item:

• HTML may remain short-lived so entry changes are discovered promptly.
• JavaScript, WebAssembly, PCK and worklet payloads use a one-year private, immutable browser cache.
• File responses expose a stable strong ETag.
• Matching If-None-Match and valid If-Modified-Since requests return 304 without a response body.
• The current signed item redirect, artifact-scoped cookie, MIME types, content lengths and CSP remain valid.

Acceptance Checks

1. The existing signed P9.5 URL still redirects and returns HTTP 200.
2. index.wasm, index.pck and index.js return Cache-Control: private, max-age=31536000, immutable and an ETag.
3. Conditional requests for those exact resources return HTTP 304.
4. Unauthorized artifact access remains rejected.
5. A fresh service process passes a local deterministic response test before the persistent Gallery service is restarted.
6. The service restart retains the same item and returns the new headers from the public HTTPS endpoint.

First-load compression is an optional second step. It must report measured source and compressed bytes and may not be enabled without an executable Godot browser smoke check.
