PMO stopped and archived that session before edits. Its worktree remains clean at e500b8f; no H2 product or validator judgment exists.
H2 blocks both fresh R5 reviewers, and Owner explicitly authorized the replacement attempt.

Responsibility Transfer

Any runtime mismatch or second identity-process failure archives only the new session, leaves its worktree unchanged, and exhausts H2 at 2/2 for a new Owner decision.

Final result: APPLIED -> TERMINALED INVALID_IDENTITY_PROCESS. The replacement session was archived, its worktree stayed clean at b0e3475, and no role owns the validator files until a new Owner recovery decision.
