P10.3 Siltwake Deep Channels Contract

Entry And Stopping Point

P10.3 accepts only a valid Save-v8 market_5 state from P10.2 with four cleared Rounds, base Line capacity six and the Reed Ferry restored. It stops after Rounds 5-7 are settled and a reload-stable Market 8 preserves the chosen Artifact, any committed promotion and the complete surviving Run state.

Stable Markets And Content

Markets 5-7 retain the ordinary 3/4/3 board shape and deterministic generation substreams. Recruit offer level is 2 for Rounds 5 and 6 and 3 for Round 7. Regional tier-zero equipment costs 15 Coin. This slice adds EQ-057..064 and may retain eligible EQ-041..056 rows when needed for route coverage.

The new enemy identities are:

• EN-R2-11 Channel Widow: links two positions; healing one damages the other until the pair becomes adjacent.
• EN-R2-12 Sluice Elder: moves the safe index each cadence; three Wet stacks produce a pull, and the direction reverses below half vitality.

Region band remains B=1. Standard Coin is 18 + 2*R + 2 + 7*Q; living deployed XP is 10 + 2*R + 4*Q.

The four existing plans remain hold_line, follow_tide, focus_source and guard_center. Every route has one fixed preferred/wrong outcome comparison. No new plan label may hide an equivalent scalar bonus.

Artifact Choice

Round 6 settlement stores one deterministic three-row draft and blocks Round 7 route commitment until the player chooses or explicitly defers it. The draft is stable across locale, layout, Back, restart and clock change.

• AR-011 Narrow Vanguard: effective deployment capacity is one below base; the foremost starts Guarded and receives forced-target priority.
• AR-012 Long Company: effective deployment capacity is one above base up to ten; no Recruit starts Guarded.
• AR-015 Paired Duties: adjacent pairs share enable/Guard priority; effects crossing pair boundaries are delayed one cadence.

Only the selected rule applies. It is stored as a run Artifact, does not occupy an equipment slot and cannot be changed within P10.3.

First Promotion

At Market 7 the first eligible base Recruit in stable Company order may open a promotion draft. Eligibility is level 4 plus three survived completed battles. The draft contains exactly the two regular descendants declared by the fixed Profession catalog. Hidden hybrids are unavailable.

Confirm is one-way and exact-once. It preserves Recruit ID, origin base, level, XP, HP percentage, Trait, equipment, Company/Line position and survival history. It changes current Profession/action authority only. Cancel or defer preserves the same draft and does not block a legal Round-7 route.

The canonical runtime fixture exposes Kindhand's opposed branches:

• PF-A13 Fieldmender moves an injured patient rearward after immediate care.
• PF-A14 Aftercare schedules stronger healing after the target's next action.

All twelve base families must derive exactly two valid descendants even when the canonical visual path exercises only this first eligible fixture.

Settlement And Save V9

• Victory pays Coin/XP once and carries HP, Company, Reserve, locks, inventory, Artifact and promotion state.
• Base Line capacity becomes seven after Round 6 and remains seven after Round 7. Artifact capacity is a visible effective modifier, not a stored base-cap mutation.
• Defeat applies permanent casualty before bounded recovery. Neither Artifact nor promotion may resurrect or substitute a Reserve Recruit in battle.
• Save v9 preserves checksum, backup selection, previous-commit linkage, rollback, corruption rejection, operation receipts and zero offline value.
• Interrupted draft, promotion, battle and settlement resume the last complete boundary without redrawing or double-applying anything.

Market 8 is a continuation handoff. It does not invent Round-8 offers or claim Boss/Contract completion.

Runtime Presentation

Market, Artifact shrine and promotion anvil remain world-first locations on the restored ferry, not card-grid pages. Choice surfaces show the world rule, gain, cost and next-route relevance. Channel thread and safe-index movement use non-color lines/notches bound to authoritative battle events.

Human understanding, fun, choice quality, visual/listening acceptance, H5, device and release remain separate open gates.

Evidence Boundary
