The skill listing only scanned ~/.agents/skills and ~/.claude/skills for user-level skills, ignoring ~/.codex/skills where Codex users commonly store their skills. Add ~/.codex/skills to getUserSkillsRoots() so these skills appear in the web UI $ autocomplete.
