Extract permission mode display logic into shared utilities for better reusability and maintainability. Add PermissionModeTone type and related helpers to centralize mode-based styling rules across components. Update components to use new PermissionModeOption type for consistent permission mode presentation.
Add close button to Chrome/Edge install prompt and respect dismissed state
when determining if prompt can be shown. iOS version already had dismiss
capability, so this brings feature parity across all supported browsers.

The selected button was using bg-[var(--app-link)] with white text, which
resulted in invisible text in dark mode (white background + white text).
Changed to use bg-[var(--app-button)] and text-[var(--app-button-text)]
with opacity-80 for proper contrast in both light and dark themes.
Implement namespace support across sessions, machines, and users for multi-user server deployments. Add access control with specific error reasons (namespace-missing, access-denied, not-found) and database schema updates with namespace columns and indexes.

Adds automated deployment to GitHub Pages with custom domain app.hapi.run, and updates vite.config.ts to support dynamic base URL via VITE_BASE_URL environment variable
Implements bidirectional sync of permission/model modes between CLI sessions and web app. Adds Codex-specific permission modes (read-only, safe-yolo, yolo) alongside Claude's modes. Web can now control CLI session state via RPC set-session-config handler, while CLI broadcasts state changes through keep-alive payloads. UI controls are flavor-aware, showing appropriate modes for Claude vs Codex vs Gemini. Type centralization in api/types eliminates circular dependencies.
Implements full-stack slash command autocomplete with agent-specific built-in commands and user-defined command discovery. Includes React Strict Mode fix for suggestion handling.
The old decodeBase64 implementation tried atob() first which returns
garbled text for UTF-8 content (e.g., Chinese characters), and only
fell back to correct UTF-8 decoding when atob() threw an exception
(which it doesn't for valid base64).
Changes:
- Add encodeBase64/decodeBase64 utilities to web/src/lib/utils.ts
using TextEncoder/TextDecoder for proper UTF-8 support
- Update file.tsx to use shared decodeBase64 instead of buggy local impl

Apply safe area insets to sticky/fixed headers (using top inset) and bottom-fixed elements (using bottom inset), rather than to scroll containers. This ensures proper spacing on devices with notches and home indicators (e.g., iPhone).

Fixes alignment issues where button wasn't centered with content below and improves visual consistency with page design.
Add additional condition to check for the intermediate auth state where
authSource exists but token hasn't been fetched yet. This prevents the
LoginPrompt from briefly flashing when the page is refreshed and the user
already has a stored access token.
Changes the condition from just `isAuthLoading` to also cover the gap
before the useAuth effect starts fetching the token, displaying the
loading state instead of the login prompt.
