Merge release tag v0.34.1 into the local deployment fork. Preserve local features (Agent Team, Studio, session shares, skins, DSH Web runtime, attachment cache, deploy tooling) while adopting upstream session-list, composer, steering, model-catalog, native-client, and migration changes. Regenerate the local chat_attachments migration as v31→v32 behind the upstream v28-v31 ladder; keep DSH on the Web runtime instead of the ACP transport added upstream.
