weishu 3a9b5eefd1 docs: point users to the App Store and Google Play apps
The native iOS and Android apps are now published. Replace the
build-from-source install path with store links, mark the native apps as
paid and the Web/PWA as the free client, and add store buttons to the
website hero. Source builds remain documented for developers.

Quick Start

Install HAPI

npm install -g @twsxtd/hapi --registry=https://registry.npmjs.org

Other install options (Homebrew, npx, prebuilt binary, source): Installation

Start the hub

hapi hub --relay

On first run, HAPI prints an access token and saves it to ~/.hapi/settings.json. The terminal displays a web URL and two QR codes for web access and native app pairing.

Details and local-only mode: Hub setup

Start a coding session

hapi

Choose an installed agent from the picker. Its session appears in connected web and native clients. To start one directly, use hapi claude, hapi codex, or another supported agent command. Scripts must specify the agent explicitly.

Open the UI

  • Web / PWA (free): open the web URL shown in the terminal, or scan the web QR code. Enter your access token if prompted.
  • Native iOS / Android (paid): install HAPI from the App Store or Google Play, then scan the companion QR or enter the HTTPS hub URL and access token. See Native apps for pairing.
