tmux list-windows returns exit code 1 + stderr "can't find session"
when the session doesn't exist. Previously this was ignored, causing
killed sessions to still show as online with empty windows.

The session status bar code was referencing projAgents and termContent
before their const declarations, causing a ReferenceError (TDZ).
Moved the declarations to the top of the section.

The session status bar JavaScript was accidentally placed inside
the task-detail template literal. Moved it outside and used string
concatenation instead of nested template literals.

Adds GET /api/version endpoint that compares local git commit
against origin/HEAD. Dashboard shows a clickable update banner
when new commits are available. Also adds POST /api/git/pull
for one-click updates.

The register_agent endpoint was silently dropping the tmux_window
parameter, causing agent session lookups to fail when using a
non-default window index.
