# M14 Repository Cleanup

## Player-visible stopping point
|
|
|
|
The running game, save semantics, accepted Japanese 2D presentation and MVP
|
|
first-cycle route remain unchanged. The repository is reduced to current
|
|
authority, required runtime/test dependencies and reproducible tools. Known
|
|
Godot-generated `.uid`/`.import` files and `prototype_incremental/` remain
|
|
untouched as required by the repository contract.
|
|
|
|
## Frozen scope
|
|
|
|
- Do not alter `runtime/`, accepted page packages, product contracts or visual
|
|
assets except for deleting the explicitly registered obsolete files below.
|
|
- Do not delete historical design/provenance records merely because they are
|
|
old; Git history remains the provenance archive.
|
|
- Do not stage or delete untracked `runtime/**/*.uid`, `runtime/**/*.import`
|
|
or `prototype_incremental/`.
|
|
- No packaging, deployment, store or release work.
|
|
|
|

All M14 steps are complete. Any later cleanup must register a new candidate
|
|
set and activate a new durable plan; it must not silently expand this batch.
|
|
|
|
## Candidate set registered at activation
|
|
|
|
The current candidate set is intentionally narrow:
|
|
|
|
- `.agent-taskgraph/` — stale PTY-001/PTY-002 coordination notes; no product
|
|
or tooling references remain and the current checkpoint is M13/M14, not the
|
|
old PTY plan.
|
|
- `tools/build_prototype_data.py` — no repository callers; it references the
|
|
removed pre-consolidation `docs/presentation/` and `docs/content/` tree and
|
|
fails immediately with `FileNotFoundError`.
|
|
- `tools/verify_prototype.js` — no repository callers; it asserts the retired
|
|
11-view/82-screen prototype contract while the retained prototype package is
|
|
the 7-view/50-screen experience package.
|
|
- `prototype/site/verify-p8-1.js`, `verify-p8-2.js`, `verify-p8-3.js`,
|
|
`verify-p8-4.js`, `verify-p8-5.js`, `verify-r6.js` and `verify-r7.js` — no
|
|
repository callers; these phase-specific validators are superseded by the
|
|
current runtime/page and MVP audit suites.
|
|
|
|

## Commit boundaries and handoff
|
|
|
|
1. Activate this plan and register candidates before deletion.
|
|
2. Delete only after the fresh reference scan is recorded.
|
|
3. Close the plan only after focused verification and a pushed cleanup commit.
|
|
|
|
The final handoff must list retained generated files, deleted paths, checks,
|
|
commit SHA and remote SHA.
|
|
|
|
