# Staffing Change: ABG-V2 R4 Validator H2

## Trigger

R4 found two product contradictions. Their disjoint repairs are integrated, but
|
|
the current validator does not yet reject the same seed/transaction and hidden
|
|
profession binding failures if they return.
|

## Conflict And Capacity Check
|
|
|
|
The two repair workers are terminaled and archived. H2 writes no product or
|
|
presentation authority, so it cannot conflict with the integrated repairs.
|
|
Fresh Systems R5 and Experience R5 reviewers remain downstream and are not
|
|
created until H2 integration freezes one source.
|
|
|
|
## Rollback
|
|
|
|
If runtime verification or exact identity ACK fails, leave H2 in inbox, archive
|
|
only its new unassigned session, and do not create R5 reviewers. HTML, engine,
|
|
media production, packaging and release remain frozen.
