# FG-3 Complete RG-02 Contract
> Revision: `fg3-complete-rg02-r1`
> Goal: `docs/goals/FG3_COMPLETE_RG02_GOAL.md`
> Predecessor: exact FG-2 source `3302134`
## Inherited Authority
- P10.1-P10.3 own RG-02 entry through stable Save-v9 Market 8.
- `EN-R2-01..12`, `EQ-041..064` and `AR-011/012/015` already have executable
identities. FG-3 may consume them but may not duplicate their formulas.
- FG-2 owns the canonical world-first Market/battle presentation, event
presenter, audio router and production media pipeline.
- Product design catalogs remain authority for all names, decision effects,
counters, conflicts and production requirements.
## Content Boundary
FG-3 adds exactly:
- `EQ-065..080`, preserving one equipment slot per Recruit;
- missing RG-02 Artifact rules `AR-009/010/013/014`, while inherited
`AR-011/012/015` complete the seven-ID Region pool;
- executable `BO-R2-01` and `BO-R2-02`;
- fifteen Contract-1 route rows for Markets/Rounds 8-12;
- thirty-six Contract-2 route rows for its twelve ordinary Rounds;
- deterministic Market boards, Boss Musters and exact bilingual authority.
No count is credited until the row validates, loads through the registry,
changes a fixed comparison, survives Save roundtrip and appears in a real
runtime state.
## Economy And Progression
- Ordinary reward Coin uses the existing Region-band formula with `B = 1`.
- Ordinary XP uses the accepted P10.3 formula; new scalar growth is forbidden.
- Contract-1 Line capacity progresses from seven at Market 8 to the core cap of
ten by Boss Muster. Contract 2 begins at that surviving legal capacity and
adds interactions rather than more capacity.
- Bosses grant no spendable Coin. First-clear Renown is `16` for `CTR-R2-01`
and `20` for `CTR-R2-02` from `8 + 2*G + 4*K` with `G = 2`.
- Contract 1 writes one Company Record and opens Contract 2 in the same Run.
Contract 2 writes the second Record and unlocks RG-03 exactly once.
## Boss Contracts
### BO-R2-01 Sluiceback Mother
The moving safe index and egg locations are fully disclosed. Direct attacks
shift the index; eggs at unsafe positions hatch pullers. Two legal plans are:
follow the index and clear eggs, or deliberately shift it so a prepared area
response catches the hatch. Half vitality reverses the index and hatches every
existing egg. Failure names the third-Wet/pull break in care order.
### BO-R2-02 The Drowned Bell
Visible pulses link allied positions. Healing, movement or cleanse on one
creates a disclosed cost on its linked partner. Two legal plans are: interrupt
one chosen pulse family, or deploy durable linked positions and stagger actions.
Every third pulse links three consecutive positions. Failure names the chained
linked cost rather than generic insufficient power.
## Save And Failure
- Save v10 migrates exact stable Save-v9 Market 8 and owns the complete RG-02
phase graph without rewriting prior Save files.
- Every prepare, settlement, reward, recovery, Boss result, Contract close and
Region close operation is revision-bound and idempotent.
- Defeat removes Fallen Recruits permanently, returns their equipment, grants
bounded Credit, pays no battle Coin and never auto-substitutes Reserve.
- Recovery restores the same disclosed Market or Boss Muster without
resurrecting casualties or rerolling offers.
- Active/backup corruption, rollback, interruption and clock change cannot
create Coin, XP, Renown, healing, battle ticks or duplicate Records.
## Presentation And Evidence
The FG-2 controller is extended through compatible adapters. A replacement
card page, milestone-only simulator or second event authority is forbidden.
The final candidate must show Market 8, ordinary battle, both Bosses, loss and
recovery, both Records and RG-03 unlock in normal rendering with parsed mobile
input, bilingual layouts, accessibility variants and event-bound audio.
Human understanding, fun, listening and physical-device acceptance remain
separate from local completion.
