weishu 80725a2d34 feat(cli): add Bun runtime support for ripgrep and CLI spawning

Replace hardcoded 'node' commands with process.execPath to support
Bun runtime alongside Node.js. Add runtime detection and entrypoint
resolution for Bun. Update documentation to reflect multi-runtime support.

hapi

Monorepo with three Bun workspace packages:

cli/ (hapi): CLI (npm package) exposing hapi / hapi-mcp
server/ (hapi-server): backend API + Telegram bot server, serves web/dist/
web/ (hapi-web): web frontend (Vite) building to web/dist/

Commands

Run from the repo root:

bun install
bun run typecheck
bun run build
