Admins often recreate groups with the same pricing, routing, and account membership. A server-side duplicate creates an inactive copy for review, preserves eligible account priorities, and recovers ambiguous retries without creating extra groups.

Constraint: Group has no neutral JSON metadata field for durable operation recovery
Constraint: Model routing references account IDs, so copied configuration requires matching bindings
Rejected: Rebuild from the list response | it omits configuration and account priority details
Rejected: Store operation identity in business configuration | it would pollute real group settings

yan9651688 f7da6e2bc6 fix(accounts): prevent duplicate retries from crossing admins 
Ambiguous idempotency-store failures can occur after the account transaction commits. Scope durable recovery markers to the authenticated admin, retain the operation key across reloads, and recover only an already committed copy without rerunning active work.

Constraint: Generic idempotent handlers may legitimately remain active while a recovery lookup is attempted

Rejected: Reclaim or rerun an in-progress duplicate request | can execute account creation concurrently

Rejected: Recover by source account and key alone | allows another admin to observe the committed copy

Admins often need another account with the same provider and routing configuration. Duplicate on the server so credentials never return to the browser, preserve exact group priorities atomically, start the copy paused, and recover the same copy after ambiguous idempotency-store failures.

Constraint: Admin account responses redact credentials, so duplication must remain server-side

Constraint: OAuth and setup-token credentials rotate and must not be shared across account rows

Rejected: Copy raw account JSON to the clipboard | exposes credentials outside the server

Rejected: Duplicate rotating credentials | account-scoped refresh locks can race token rotation

shaw 7cbb36f278 feat(billing): Codex alpha/search 网页搜索按次计费 
- alpha/search 成功请求（上游 2xx）按次计费落 usage_logs（billing_mode=per_request），
  上游错误透传/failover 不计费；使用 mandatory 池提交，池满同步兜底不丢扣费
- 单价默认 0.01 USD/次（官方 $10/1000 次），分组新增 web_search_price_per_call
  覆盖价（0=免费，负数/留空=默认价），实际扣费叠加分组费率倍数（与 token 口径一致）
- 分组字段全链路：ent schema + 迁移 174 + 端口快照 v15 + admin 创建/更新 + DTO
- 前端分组表单（openai 平台）新增单次价格配置，实时预览应用当前倍率后的单次价格
- 该端点鉴权维持仅 OpenAI 分组（非 OpenAI 分组 404）

透传规则（跟进 #3868/#3870，refs #3857）：
- CC/Messages 4 条协议转换路径改用共享 helper，走语义状态推断 +
  body 归一化，使按错误码配置的透传规则也能命中（原先传 0 恒不命中）
- helper 增加 platform 参数：本服务同时承载 openai/grok 平台账号，
  规则须按 account.Platform 匹配，消除硬编码平台错配
- /v1/responses 两条路径命中透传规则时补记 ops 上游错误事件，
  对齐 CC/Messages 与 antigravity 先例，消除监控盲区

用户角色管理（跟进 #3869）：
- 补齐 EN 语言包缺失的 admin.users.form.roleLabel
- 新增"最后一个管理员不可降级"守卫，覆盖跨管理员互降致零 admin 锁死
- 角色变更/创建管理员落审计日志（含操作者 actor_admin_id）

shaw 80a229bce5 fix(batch-image): 修复审计发现的计费死锁、状态机与队列原子性缺陷 
修复 PR #3768 批量图像 MVP 合并后审计报告中的全部问题：

结算与计费（高危）：
- 所有 SETTLEMENT_* 失败（超冻结/计数非法/manifest 冲突/定价缺失/扣费失败）
  统一计入 retry_count 并在耗尽时释放冻结转 failed，消灭 settling 无限
  requeue 导致的冻结余额永久锁死
- 耗尽出口的释放指纹统一为 RequestHash，与 processor/Cancel/recovery 一致；
  release 遇同 request id 指纹冲突视为幂等成功，治愈历史毒消息
- 管理端校验 hold_multiplier >= discount_multiplier，定价快照对存量脏数据钳制
- 释放前校验 per-job hold claim（dedup+归档表），杜绝幻影释放

索引对账（高危）：
- provider 输出与提交 custom_id 集对账：未知条目丢弃并记事件，
  漏项补 PROVIDER_RESULT_MISSING 失败行，保证 success+fail == item_count

提交与恢复（高危）：
- 提交前转 uploading 并在 provider.Submit 期间心跳刷新 updated_at；
  恢复扫描改为原子复核（FailStaleUnsubmittedBatchImageJob），
  消灭慢提交被误杀退款而上游任务照常计费的孤儿场景
- 上游任务创建成功但本地状态推进失败时，尽力取消上游并清理输入
- recovery 释放失败时入队交由 worker releaseTerminalHold 兜底重试

队列与并发（中危）：
- Enqueue（SetNX+LPush）与 Reserve（BRPop+ZAdd）均改为 Lua 原子脚本，
  消灭崩溃窗口导致 job 脱离队列、被 7 天 inflight 键锁死
- 锁冲突按 LockConflictDelay 重新入队（原直接丢弃需等 10 分钟 stale 恢复）
- 处理期间心跳：active zset 续期（ZAddXX 防幽灵成员）+ 锁 TTL 续期
- ReplaceBatchImageItemsForJob 增加 indexing 状态守卫，防掉队 worker 重写账目

存量回归（中危）：
- image-only 定价条目（仅图片价无 token 价）恢复 token 计费 fail-closed，
  不再按 $0 计费；图片计费路径不受影响
- 鉴权余额门槛恢复 balance <= 0 语义，MinimumBalanceReserve 不再作硬 403

加固：
- ZIP max_items 钳制到管理员上限；Submit 补齐 Platform==Gemini 校验；
  gemini downloadUri 跟随前做 host 白名单校验
- 批量客户端改用共享 httpclient（拨号/TLS/响应头超时有界）
- 审计点名的忽略错误（MarkDownloaded/SettlementFailed/AppendEvent 等）改为记日志

- 账号 credentials 新增 header_override_enabled / header_overrides，
  仅对 anthropic/openai 平台的 api_key 账号生效
- 转发前对同名请求头做大小写不敏感覆盖（EqualFold 全量删除后按
  wire casing 写入单值），值为空的条目视为占位不参与覆盖
- 覆盖全部出站路径：/v1/messages（标准+透传）、count_tokens、
  /v1/responses、chat completions、embeddings、images、全部 WS 模式、
  账号测试/探测、上游模型列表
- 创建/编辑/批量更新统一校验：RFC 7230 名称格式、去重、长度/条目上限、
  24 个禁止覆写头（认证/连接控制/accept-encoding/sec-websocket-*/
  会话隔离头），应用时二次防御过滤
- 前端三个账号弹窗新增开关+键值行编辑器+模板按钮（Claude Code CLI /
  Codex CLI 标准头，值为空），本地校验与后端规则对齐，i18n 中英文

针对 #3692 合并后审计发现的问题集中修复：

- previous_response_id 剥离条件改为按 call_id 全覆盖校验，
  部分可重建的工具续链不再被误剥离（不受开关门控的行为回归）
- 粘性加权回退路径补分组归属校验并清理失效绑定，杜绝跨分组账号泄漏
- 账号列表页：无 OpenAI 账号时跳过分数计算、过滤池限定 openai 平台、
  负载批查合并为账号并集一次查询，消除全表扫描与 Redis N+1
- 订阅优先模式下常规池不可用时回退订阅池等待计划，
  busy-but-waitable 的订阅账号不再导致请求硬失败
- TopK/权重 DB 覆盖显式受总开关门控，与兄弟子开关语义一致
- 前端未分组 OpenAI 账号回退展示基础分，不再显示 "-"
- ListAllWithFilters 等能力正式进入 AccountRepository/AdminService 接口，
  移除匿名接口断言与静默降级；负载批查失败补 warn 日志
- SelectAccountWithSchedulerForCapability 增加显式 previousResponseCanMove
  参数，移除 "previous_response_can_move" 魔法字符串哨兵
- 设置写入路径补"基础权重不得全为零"聚合校验；
  运行时设置批量读取失败的降级路径覆盖全部键并留痕

shaw 11a3da65c0 fix(group): harden peak-rate config handling and label peak windows with server timezone 
Follow-up fixes to #3569 based on code audit:

- Expose server_timezone / server_utc_offset in public settings (and the
  __APP_CONFIG__ injection payload) and label every peak-window display
  with the server UTC offset, so users don't misread the billing window
  as browser-local time
- Unify CreateGroup/UpdateGroup peak-config sanitization via a single
  NormalizePeakRateConfig chokepoint: non-subscription groups always get
  peak fields cleared; unparseable window strings and negative
  multipliers are scrubbed when peak is disabled
- Replace hot-path time.Parse in PeakMultiplierAt with a manual HH:MM
  parser (accept set verified byte-for-byte identical to
  time.Parse("15:04") by exhaustive fuzzing) and reuse it in validation
- Revert the zero-behavior CalculateCost indirection churn in
  billing_service/gateway_service introduced by #3569
- Remove dead GetGroupPlatformMap and the duplicate deref helper in the
  admin handler package
- Share frontend peak formatting via utils/peak-rate.ts, unify the ×N
  label format, and move hardcoded Chinese tooltips to i18n keys

 		bdf7ead157 feat(spark-shadow): OpenAI Spark 链接型影子账号 
背景:gpt-5.3-codex-spark 使用独立于 codex 全局(5h/7d)的配额窗口(数据源是
/wham/usage 响应体的 codex_bengalfox,而非 codex 全局用的 x-codex-* 响应头),且
只能挂在已完成 OAuth 授权的 OpenAI 账号下复用其登录态,不能作为独立账号单独接入。
为此新增“链接型影子账号”(spark shadow account):影子账号本身不持有任何凭据,
通过 parent_account_id 指向母账号,凭据/token/代理透传自母账号并共享母账号的刷新
周期,仅在配额维度(quota_dimension=spark)和用量窗口上与母账号完全独立调度、互不
连坐。

实现:
- 数据模型:migration 154(+154a)给 accounts 表加 parent_account_id /
  quota_dimension 列 + 4 条约束(维度合法 / parent⟺非 global 维度一致 / 禁自指 /
  FK)+ 2 个 CONCURRENTLY 索引(母账号索引 + 每母账号至多一个影子的唯一索引)。
- 创建:POST /api/v1/admin/accounts/:id/shadow(CreateShadow)—— 一母一影(唯一
  索引兜底并发竞态),继承母账号 proxy/分组/并发/优先级(显式传参可覆盖),默认
  model_mapping 恒等映射到 spark(拒绝非 spark 模型),母账号必须是真实的 OpenAI
  OAuth 账号(非影子)。
- 凭据透传:resolveCredentialAccount 把影子解析回母账号,GetAccessToken / 请求头
  / WS 三条路径统一走此函数;影子自身 Credentials 恒为空(仅允许写 model_mapping),
  凭据写入的汇聚点 persistAccountCredentials 对影子早返 no-op,防止误写。
- 调度:parentHealthyForShadow 只看母账号是否仍是 OpenAI OAuth + 凭据/传输是否
  可用(active、token 未过期、未处于 401/刷新失败/传输故障导致的临时不可调度冷却),
  刻意不看母账号的 global 限流窗口——两条 429 道互不连坐。
- 用量:影子的 codex_5h/7d 走 OpenAIQuotaService.QueryUsage(/wham/usage 的
  codex_bengalfox),与母账号走的 WSv2 探测(/responses 头)完全独立的数据源、
  刷新节流与 staleness 判定。
- 备份:ExportData 显式排除影子账号(影子不持凭据,通用凭据型导入强制
  credentials 非空、无法表达父子链接),按 skipped_shadows 计数提示前端。
- 前端:账号操作菜单新增“创建 Spark 影子”入口,影子行展示回填的母账号信息
  (邮箱 / plan / 隐私模式 / 订阅到期 / chatgpt_account_id),批量操作自动跳过
  影子账号。

说明:migrations 目录用完整文件名(而非纯数字前缀)标识迁移,故本次新增的
154_account_spark_shadow.sql / 154a_..._notx.sql 与已有的
154_add_ops_system_logs_api_key_id.sql 按序号共存,与目录里 145/151 已有的
先例一致。

测试:新增约 20 个测试文件,覆盖 handler(CreateShadow 校验 / 母账号信息回填)、
repository(影子 round-trip / 一母一影唯一索引 / 迁移 schema)、service(凭据
透传三路径 / 调度母健康门 / 用量窗口来源与刷新节流 / CRS 母账号不变量 / 各类
早返与 fail-closed 场景)及前端组件(账号列表 / 操作菜单 / 用量重置)。

验证(镜像 CI;golangci-lint 首次全量分析耗时过长被跳过,其余全部实测):
- gofmt -l:干净
- go build ./... / go vet ./...:通过
- go test ./... -count=1:全绿(全部包 ok,含 internal/service、
  internal/repository、migrations)
- go test -tags integration ./internal/repository/... ./internal/service/...
  (真实 Postgres,testcontainers):全绿,含迁移幂等性
  (TestMigrationsRunner_IsIdempotent_AndSchemaIsUpToDate)与影子相关全部用例
- pnpm lint:check / pnpm typecheck / pnpm build(真实 vite 构建)/
  pnpm vitest run:全绿(124 文件 760 用例)

UpdateGroup 之前用 `if input.Description != ""` 判空，
把"未提供"和"显式置空"混为一谈，导致管理员在分组编辑表单
里清空备注后保存无效。

将 UpdateGroupRequest / UpdateGroupInput 的 Description 改为
*string：nil 表示未提供（保持原值），"" 表示显式清空。

  include_deleted;新增 i18n admin.usage.userDeletedBadge
- 安全:普通用户 usage 仅查本人(无 PII 泄漏);主用户列表与默认 getById
  行为不变(已删用户仍 404);仅 admin 搜索设 IncludeDeleted

后端 build / 三态 vet / unit 全量 / 仓储集成全绿;前端 typecheck / vitest /
改动文件 eslint 全清。

 		11fe7de926 fix(account): 重新授权不再清空 Extra 配置 
Claude / OpenAI 账号重新授权走通用 PUT /accounts/:id 时，后端
UpdateAccount 会全量覆盖 account.Extra（仅保留 5 个 quota 用量键），
导致 base_rpm / window_cost_limit / window_cost_sticky_reserve /
max_sessions / quota_* / privacy_mode 等持久化配置全部丢失。

新增专用接口 POST /accounts/:id/apply-oauth-credentials，沿用
现有 /refresh 路径模式：Credentials-only update + Extra JSONB
key 级合并（UpdateAccountExtra） + ClearError + InvalidateToken。

作用域：Claude OAuth / Claude Cookie auth / OpenAI OAuth 三个
调用点。Gemini / Antigravity 现有路径本就不传 extra，保持不变。

顺带修复：旧重新授权路径未调用 InvalidateToken，导致重新授权后
首请求可能仍用缓存中的旧 token 而立即 401。
